Don Wilding first picked up a copy of Henry Beston's The Outermost House in 1996, and hasn't been able to put it down since, which led him to create The Outermost Web Site in September of 1999. An award-winning sports editor and writer with 18 years experience in the newspaper business, Don, 43, works for The Foxboro Reporter of Foxboro, Mass., and now resides with his wife, Nita, on Cape Cod.
